Plans are generated by ZhipuAI's GLM model family (currently GLM-5.2 by default) and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
- Nutrition figures are estimates cross-checked against USDA data, not measurements.
- Recipes may omit steps, ingredients, or substitutions you would normally adjust.
- Pricing in grocery estimates is indicative and varies by store, region, and season.
- The service is not a guaranteed source of truth and should not be treated as one.
Human review
You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.
- Check recipes and grocery lists for missing items or unsafe ingredients before shopping.
- Confirm allergen safety for anyone who will eat the meals.
- Adjust portions and macros to your own health needs and professional advice.
- Do not automate or publish output without verifying it is appropriate.
Rights and permissions
You should confirm you have the rights to any content you submit and that your use of output fits applicable rules.
- Do not submit ingredients, images, or content you do not have the rights to use.

Provider availability
ZhipuAI or any future disclosed model provider can fail, throttle, delay, or return partial results. The service handles these gracefully.
